Return and Exchange Policy
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and similar items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The definition of intimate apparel is specified in the "Shipping & Returns" section on the product page.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, products (excluding intimate apparel) are eligible for a seven-day cooling-off period. Returned items must be kept in their original condition, including the product itself, all accessories, and accompanying documents. Missing accessories or damage to the original packaging may result in additional refurbishment fees, which will be borne by you.
Exchange Policy:
Each order is entitled to one exchange within the cooling-off period. The round-trip shipping fees for the exchange will be covered by the brand.
Return Policy:
Partial returns are allowed. If the total order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after a return, you will be responsible for the original shipping fees. If the total order amount no longer meets the promotional threshold, you must cover the discount difference for the remaining items in the order and return any gifts received (unopened and in their original condition). Any applicable fees will be directly deducted from the refund amount.
Taiwan customers enjoy free return and exchange services. Unfortunately, return and exchange services are not currently available for overseas customers. We appreciate your understanding.
How To Return
STEP 1. Upon receiving your package, please check if the items, colors, and sizes are correct. To protect both parties' interests, please record a complete unboxing video when unboxing the package.
STEP 2. Please contact our customer service email: info@hundrofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. The email should include the following information:

- Item Name and Quantity for Return:
- Reason for Return:
- For defective items, please attach a video.
*Note: Please do not send the package back to our warehouse or office without contacting customer service first. You will be responsible for any associated costs.
STEP 3. Once we have confirmed that the returned items meet the return policy requirements, we will proceed with the return and refund process.
Refund Policy
You'll be refunded in the same way you chose to pay.
Once we receive and verify the returned items, the refund process will be completed within 7-14 business days (excluding holidays).
Please note that the actual refund timeline to your credit card may vary depending on your bank.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Exceeded the 7-day period.
- Intimate apparels are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.
- Signs of use, such as stains, makeup, odors (such as perfume, smoke), etc.
- Tags are removed.
- Altered products, such as embroidery, cutting, printing, etc., deviating from the original condition.
- Not all items included in the return request were returned.
- Promotional gifts are not returned when the return does not meet the promotional threshold.
Non-Defect Definition
- Product colors may vary slightly due to photography and screen representation. Actual color is based on the physical product.
- Product dimensions are manually measured and may have a margin of error.
